It's incredibly rude and arrogant to leave a Spanish comment on an English language blog. You have your own language's blog on this site -- why invade ours?

Es increíblemente rudo y endiosado creer que el blog de Daniela te pertenece.

She invited me here, so mind your own business, gabacho. But as I recall, you have no sympathy for native-born Americans who lose their jobs because they can't speak the language of the illegals. PS --- I always suspected that you worked for Matt along with the late unlamented Dee.

Did she? I didn't know.

. . . so mind your own business . . .

So, she also made you the gatekeeper? You decide who ought to post comments, which comments are relevant, and you decide the language in which we choose to post? She turned all that over to you?

I thought better of Daniela, even though she did not invite me here, other than that her blog appeared to be an open invitation for comment.

I could have gotten that general invitation wrong and missed the important role you play here, ama.

Well, should you really be the queen bee, that this is your realmn, I guess I won't be reading nor posting much longer. You will have disciplined me appropriately.

But as I recall, you have no sympathy for native-born Americans who lose their jobs because they can't speak the language of the illegals.

You recall as you seem to live your life.

I advocate a Consitutional Amendment establishing English as our offical language with rather strict criteria for federal and state government business . . . including public education and elections.

PS --- I always suspected that you worked for Matt along with the late unlamented Dee.

I doubt MATT has a need for a reclusive, hermit-like old American Nationalist guy like me. Wish they did. I could enjoy the money and the attention.

I lament Dee. Wish she were still among us.

I also lament Lupita. I really, really lament Lupita.

If you were to go missing, Mary, I would even lament you.

I'm not anyone's "gatekeeper." Spanish-language posts on an English-language blog are a form of intimidation. I've seen it many, many times on other blogs, where immigration is being discussed, a Spanish-speaking person barging in and posting in a language not understood by the blog's readers. It's deliberate, meant to be provoking, and very disrespectful. I pasted this particular post into a translator and it seems that perhaps he is not being deliberately rude but possibly posting on the wrong thread, as his comments have nothing to do with the subject matter. I've posted many times on the wrong thread myself by mistakel and it is always embarassing to realize what I've done later. However, I stand by what I've said before -- Spanish-language posts on an English-language blog are often deliberately meant to be disrespectful and provoking to the hated "gringoes." Just like refusing to speak English is in real life -- they often get a "charge" out of forcing the gringo to speak their language rather than the other way around, it's a form of cultural intimidation, and they know full well what they are doing --- I'd miss your history posts, gregorio, if you were to turn up missing, but not much else. I don't miss Lupita or Dee, that is for sure, but at least Lupita had a grain of honesty in her soul. . .

In short, I will NOT show respect or politeness, to people who don't show respect or politeness to me. Deliberately posting in Spanish here is RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL.

I wouldn't think of ever posting in English on a Spanish-language blog, as it would be RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL of me to do so. I only ask the same consideration.
